We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth, build strong partnerships, and expand our footprint in the mental health ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Drive end-to-end sales cycles with psychology and psychiatry practitioners, clinics, and institutions. Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers. Develop tailored pitches, demos, and presentations highlighting product value. Business Development & Partnerships Build relationships with professional bodies, mental health associations, and academic institutions. Explore strategic alliances to expand market reach. Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry forums. Market & Customer Insights Understand the unique challenges faced by mental health practitioners and position our solution effectively. Gather feedback from clients to collaborate with product and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform strategy. Revenue Growth & Targets Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and customer acquisition targets. Develop scalable sales playbooks and processes to support rapid growth. Requirements Bachelor's in Business Administration, Arts, Psychology etc. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development , preferably in health-tech, SaaS, or healthcare services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Strong understanding of healthcare or mental health ecosystem is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
