About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage essential day-to-day human resources operations, excluding recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and discretion. This role demands a sharp, solution-driven individual with the ability to navigate dynamic work environments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Role & responsibilities : HR Operations Management : Administer daily HR functions including onboarding, background verification, documentation, employee records management, and exit formalities. HRMS and Data Management : Maintain and update HRMS platforms accurately to reflect employee data, attendance, and leave records. Policy Communication and Compliance : Ensure organizational HR policies are communicated effectively, and assist in compliance-related documentation and processes. Employee Relations Support : Address general employee queries, support in resolving grievances, and foster a positive work environment. Employee Engagement Activities : Assist in planning and executing engagement programs, internal communication initiatives, and cultural events. Performance Management Assistance : Support the coordination and documentation of performance review processes and feedback mechanisms. HR Reporting and MIS : Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards related to HR operations and key performance metrics. Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in core HR operations. Familiarity with HRMS tools such as greytHR, Zoho People, or equivalent platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and ability to meet deadlines. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Demonstrated ability to handle tasks independently and efficiently.
