Position: Senior Sales Executive – Luxury Real Estate (Goa) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at The Windsouls, specialising in luxury real estate across India. This role will involve managing high-end property sales in Goa and across other locations in India, while engaging with affluent clientele, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Drive & close direct-sales for luxury real estate projects. Establish and manage connections with channel partners/brokers to generate and convert leads effectively. Actively engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Maintain and update an organize database of clients, leads, and channel partners. Coordinate and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers. Eligibility Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with good sales closure track-record. Strong network and established relationships with real estate brokers across India. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills. Ability to achieve tasks independently and work with a team, as well as handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must possess personal transportation for site visits and meetings. Location: Reporting office is based in Pilerne, North Goa. May need to visit Delhi head-office occasionally and travel across India. Communication Bridge Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of the CEO. 3. Confidentiality Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism. 4. Coordination Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up action items. Support in tracking project progress and key deliverables. 5. Strategic Support Assist in strategic decision-making through research, data analysis, and presentation development. Coordinate with leadership teams to align priorities and objectives. 6. Time Management Optimize the CEO’s schedule for maximum efficiency and focus. Anticipate needs and manage priorities effectively. 7. Information Management Organize, maintain, and retrieve key documents, reports, and business data. Ensure proper record-keeping and version control. 8. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members. Represent the CEO in a professional and approachable manner. 9. Event Planning Coordinate and manage corporate events, executive meetings, and performance reviews. Oversee logistics and ensure all events run smoothly. 10.
