The Steward will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of dining areas, assisting in food and beverage service, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. The Steward will also be involved in training new staff and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Food Service skills Ability to train and assist new staff Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is advantageous
