We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architecture Quantity Estimator to join our construction and design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating quantities and costs for architectural projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation. Analyze and interpret architectural designs to determine material quantities and project costs. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals. Use estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CostX, Bluebeam) to support accurate calculations. Provide cost analysis and value engineering solutions to optimize budgets. Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender documents. Monitor project costs during construction to identify variances and support cost control. Maintain a database of historical project costs for reference and benchmarking. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation within architectural projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations. Proficiency in relevant software tools. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
