Customer Service: Greeting guests, explaining treatments, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and relaxing experience. Record Keeping: Maintaining client records, including treatment notes, medical history, and any post-treatment instructions. Professional Development: Staying up-to-date on the latest spa techniques, trends, and best practices through training and continuing education. Collaboration: Working with other spa staff and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the spa.
