Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Direct-to-Home (DTH) Specialist, located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The DTH Specialist will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of direct-to-home satellite systems, providing troubleshooting and technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of DTH technology, educating customers on product usage, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery. Qualifications Experience in installation and maintenance of DTH satellite systems Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills Customer service and communication skills Ability to stay updated with the latest DTH technology advancements Team collaboration and problem-solving skills Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics or related field is a plus Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
