Company Description The Skill Spark is a skill development center in Surat, focusing on enhancing English communication, critical thinking, public speaking, self-management skills, and overall personality development for children aged 4 to 18. Additionally, we prepare students for Cambridge English Language certifications. We also conduct skill development workshops, training at schools and institutes. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at The Skill Spark. The Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering education, effective communication with students and parents, teaching various subjects, and providing training to enhance skills. Qualifications Lesson Planning and Teaching Skills Strong English communication skills Experience of 1-2 years in child development and education would be an advantage Patience and adaptability in teaching methods Bachelor's degree Relevant teaching certifications are a plus
