Job Title: Human Resources Lead Nanjangud Toothpowder Location: Preferably Karnataka ( with fluency in Kannada ) Employment Type : Full-time (On-ground / Hybrid, depending on needs) Who We're Looking For: A young, driven HR professional fresh or experienced with formal education in HR. Someone who understands or is willing to immerse themselves in the cultural and scientific journey of Nanjangud Toothpowder. Must speak Kannada fluently and align with our long-term vision of replacing toxic toothpaste with biocompatible alternatives. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage HR processes across departments (R&D, Production, Sales, Customer Care) Help identify and recruit talent aligned with NTPs values Create foundational HR policies from scratch Develop internal structure for communication, performance, and growth Organise training, onboarding, and retention strategies Act as a culture-builder and storyteller across teams Key Requirements: Formal education in Human Resources (BBA/MBA/PGDHRM or similar) Fluency in Kannada (mandatory) Passion for sustainability, oral health, and Ayurveda Strong organisational and people skills Willingness to grow with a purpose-driven brand
