We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at The Route Seekers (Mathura Office). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, converting leads, and promoting our domestic travel packages with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tour packages. Follow up with potential clients and close sales effectively. Maintain client records and update booking details accurately. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in sales (travel or tourism industry preferred). Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English. Basic knowledge of computers, email, and WhatsApp Business. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Must be based in Mathura or willing to relocate. Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office (Mathura) Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Incentives
