As a Desktop Investigator, you will be responsible for performing claims investigation by utilizing various public record searches to compile results and prepare comprehensive investigative reports for submission. Your role will require a sense of urgency, excellent verbal and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and sound judgment. You must be a calm professional who excels under pressure and collaborates effectively with colleagues and managers both in the office and in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Perform claims investigation including public records searches, record retrievals, facility canvasses, online inquiries, infinity searches, and skip trace referrals. - Compile investigation results and prepare detailed reports for submission. - Support the organization's quality program(s). - Perform any other duties as assigned.
