Role Description: Marketing Specialist We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist based in Deoghar Tehsil . The candidate will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and driving student enrollment. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing effective marketing strategies. Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends. Designing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns. Managing sales activities and achieving enrollment targets. Engaging with prospective students and parents, providing personalized support. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Proven experience in market research and trend analysis . Expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies . Sales acumen with the ability to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work independently and thrive in an on-site role. Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or a related field.
