Role Overview: As a Fleet Executive (Vehicle Maintenance) reporting to the Fleet Manager in Alandur, Chennai, your responsibilities will include maintaining and monitoring the roll call for Fleet Workers, allocating daily work to workshop employees, keeping track of job cards, material requisition, and purchase indents, recording time cards of employees, monitoring daily breakdown status and repeated complaint vehicles, inspecting and ensuring quality job standards with on-time completion, pre-planning material requirements, maintaining and monitoring preventive maintenance, scheduled service, breakdown, and accident detailed work records, interacting with service providers, and assisting the storekeeper in checking the quality of received materials and reconditioned assemblies. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and monitor roll call for Fleet Workers. - Allocate daily work to all workshop employees. - Keep track of job cards, material requisition, and purchase indents. - Record time cards of employees for the work done each day. - Monitor daily breakdown status and repeated complaint vehicles. - Inspect and ensure the highest standard in quality job with on-time completion. - Pre-plan material requirements. - Maintain and monitor preventive maintenance, scheduled service, breakdown, and accident detailed work records. - Interact with service providers. - Assist the storekeeper in checking the quality of received materials and any reconditioned assemblies. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund and yearly bonus. The work schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts. The work location is in person.,
