Position: Business Head – The Pahadi Story Location: Mumbai Reporting to: Founder Role Summary We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven leader to spearhead the growth of The Pahadi Story over the next 24 months. The Business Head will be responsible for building and scaling the brand across multiple growth vectors — D2C, institutional tie-ups, exports, corporate gifting, and partnerships — while ensuring strong brand custodianship, operational discipline, and impact-driven storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who wants to function as a business owner, taking end-to-end responsibility for revenue, brand, and team growth. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Execution Build and execute a multi-channel growth strategy (D2C, B2B, institutional, gifting, exports). Identify and develop new revenue streams and partnerships to expand brand reach. Own P&L responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line discipline. Business Development & Partnerships Drive large institutional tie-ups (hotels, corporates, events, wellness studios). Expand gifting programs (corporate, seasonal, global collaborations). Explore international markets via export partners and distributors. Brand & Marketing Custodianship Collaborate with internal/external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches. Drive awareness through wellness, sustainability, and impact narratives. Build strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners. Operations & Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, operations). Establish clear SOPs and performance metrics for efficiency. Mentor and grow the team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture. Impact & Sustainability Ensure alignment with The Pahadi Story ’s mission of empowering Himalayan communities. Measure and communicate social impact along with business success. Key Requirements 7–12 years of experience in consumer brands / FMCG / D2C / lifestyle / wellness sectors. Proven track record of scaling businesses beyond one channel (D2C + B2B + partnerships). Strong P&L, business development, and operational management experience. Excellent relationship-building skills with corporates, institutions, and partners. Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on, and ownership-driven.
