· Always welcome and attend guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner with greetings with “ Namaskar ”!!. · Ensure guest are serviced within specified time. · Co-ordinate the setup and cleanliness of the dining area in accordance with brand and hygiene standards before, during, and after service. · Greets guests courteously, escorts them to their tables, and presents menus with confidence and a welcoming demeanor. · Takes accurate food and beverage orders and inputs them into the POS system while paying attention to dietary restrictions and guest preferences. · Serves food and beverages professionally, ensuring correct order delivery, presentation, and portioning as per brand standards. · Checks back with guests during service to ensure satisfaction and promptly responds to additional requests or concerns. · Maintains proper table settings, ensures side stations are stocked, and ensures readiness for the next guests at all times. · Collaborates with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service for all food and beverage orders. · Follows sequence of service, SOPs, and grooming standards to deliver a consistent and high-quality dining experience. · Upsells menu items, daily specials, and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue. · Assists in the setup and service of banquet events or room service orders as required by the F&B department. · Handles billing procedures accurately, presents checks to guests, and processes payments following hotel protocols. · Ensures all service areas and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained at the end of each shift. · Reports guest feedback, complaints, or incidents to the supervisor or manager to ensure quick resolution and guest recovery. · Attends daily briefings and training sessions to stay informed about menu updates, promotions, and guest preferences. · Supports colleagues during peak service periods, contributes to a team-oriented environment, and maintains a positive attitude under pressure. · Follows all safety, hygiene, and food handling standards as per hotel policy and local regulations. Maintains a professional appearance, punctuality, and respectful communication with guests and team members at all times.
