Job Summary: The Ocean Studios is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Node.js Developer with hands-on experience in RESTful API development and integrating with AI models . You'll be working closely with our product, design, and AI teams to build high-performance backend systems for our software products and AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js Design and build secure, efficient, and reusable REST APIs Integrate with internal and third-party AI/ML models and services Collaborate with the frontend and AI teams to define application architecture Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability Write clean, modular, and well-documented code Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js , Express.js , and JavaScript (ES6+) Solid understanding of RESTful API architecture and asynchronous programming Experience with MongoDB / MySQL or similar databases Familiarity with API security , JWT , and OAuth 2.0 Experience in integrating AI/ML models using APIs or SDKs (e.g., Python-based AI over REST, TensorFlow, etc.) Understanding of Version Control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Good debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Python and a basic understanding of AI/ML workflows Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure Knowledge of WebSocket, GraphQL Understanding of Docker and containerization Why Join Us?
