Key Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times. Plan and carry out age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. Maintain a positive, friendly, and patient approach while handling young children. Feed, change, and assist with toileting as needed in a hygienic and respectful manner. Monitor and document each child’s progress, behavior, and milestones. Communicate daily updates and concerns with parents in a respectful and clear manner. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the day care area. Support emotional, physical, and cognitive development through interactive play and learning. Handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a preschool or day care setting.
