Role Overview As a Sales & Marketing Executive for Aura M Wellness Workshops , your primary responsibility is to build trust-based relationships with elite clients, drive workshop enrollments, and position Aura M as the preferred wellness experience among top-tier individuals and communities. What You’ll Do Identify, connect with and convert HNIs, corporate wellness heads and premium clients through strategic outreach. Pitch Aura M's transformative workshops with confidence, clarity, and empathy. Build strong referral and partner networks across wellness resorts, yoga studios, luxury spaces and health influencers. Own the sales funnel — from first touch point to deal closure and post- Sales engagement. Understand the science and story behind Aura M to communicate value, not just features. Maintain CRM data and regular reporting of leads, sales performance, and feedback. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills — you must be able to sell inspiration , not just a product. Prior experience in wellness, luxury products or HNI sales is highly preferred . Strong presence — both in-person and over video calls. Empathetic listener with a strategic, consultative sales approach. Self-driven and polished professional who thrives in a premium, purposeful environment.
