As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. *Key Responsibilities:* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing candidates with timely feedback. Negotiate salary and compensation packages, as needed, and extend offers to selected candidates. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process. *Skills & Qualifications:* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
