Assist in preparing legal notices, agreements, and compliance documents. *Legal Reporting & Content Creation* Monitor and report daily legal and regulatory news updates. Write summaries or reports on significant court rulings, government notifications, or legal trends. Assist in scripting and presenting legal content for online platforms or newsletters. *News Anchoring & Presentation (if applicable)* Present short legal bulletins or summaries for internal/external video content. Collaborate with media or communication teams for legal awareness content. Assist in hosting webinars, panel discussions, or interviews with legal professionals. *Tele-Calling & Client Communication* Call startups, clients, and partners for legal documentation follow-ups and compliance queries. Assist in onboarding by explaining legal procedures and documentation requirements. Maintain detailed communication logs and ensure smooth coordination with the legal team. *Contract & Compliance Support* Assist in reviewing NDAs, MOUs, and vendor agreements under supervision.
