Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Designer and Visualiser located in Pune. The 3D Designer and Visualiser will be responsible for creating 3D visuals for various projects, collaborating with the events team to design and execute event concepts, and ensuring all visual materials align with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include developing high-quality 3D models, rendering visuals, ensuring materials and textures are accurate, and presenting design ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or SketchUp Experience in rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and lighting Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models Strong portfolio showcasing event design and 3D visualisation work Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Visual Arts, or related field Experience in the events and experiential marketing industry is a plus
