We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our product listings, sales operations, and performance on online marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and be capable of driving growth, managing promotions, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management: Manage day-to-day operations of Flipkart, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms. Handle product listings, catalog management, images, and A+ content creation. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility and SEO. Inventory & Order Management: Monitor and update stock levels regularly to avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatches and returns management. Handle order processing, cancellations, and fulfillment. Sales & Performance Analysis: Track sales performance, conversion rates, and marketplace rankings. Analyze data to derive actionable insights and prepare regular sales reports. Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies. Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements on Amazon & Flipkart (like Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.). Coordinate with marketplace account managers for support on marketing events and ad credits. Manage sponsored ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) and improve ROI. Vendor & Customer Coordination: Communicate with category managers and support teams at Flipkart and Amazon. Address and resolve customer complaints, reviews, and return disputes. Required Skills:Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub. Experience with tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Helium10, or similar analytics tools. Understanding of digital marketing & SEO for e-commerce. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management. Experience in managing sponsored ads (Amazon PPC / Flipkart Performance Ads) is a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Monthly sales growth on platforms. Product listing quality & SEO score. Ad campaign ROI & ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales). On-time order fulfillment rate. Reduction in return and cancellation rate.
