Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Content Creator and Graphic Design Intern based in Delhi. The role involves developing and creating high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. Daily tasks include graphic design, content writing, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement content strategies. The intern will also assist with digital marketing campaigns and ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and goals. About the Role : Position: Internship (Remote or Hybrid) Duration: 1-week trial, followed by a paid internship with a 3-month contract Opportunity: If our UK client is impressed, you may be hired full-time under their payroll as a full-time employee (contract-to-hire model) Compensation Structure : First week: Trial period (unpaid), we’ll review your work and provide feedback After the first week: Paid internship with opportunity to transition to a full-time role with our UK client after 4 months Responsibilities : Develop, edit, and publish engaging content for the website and platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X.com and LinkedIn Assist in creating content calendars and brainstorming campaign ideas with the marketing team Write clear, concise, and on-brand captions, copy, and scripts for social media and digital channels Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to keep content fresh and relevant Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or any other similar tools to design graphics and edit videos Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to align content with brand strategy Track and report on basic engagement metrics, suggesting improvements where needed Participate in team meetings and creative sessions, contributing ideas and feedback Qualifications Content Writing and Graphic Design skills Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Good organisational and time management skills Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Interested candidates can share their CV with riyajuddin.shariff@thelavencegroup.co.uk Show more Show less
