Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting tailored travel and event solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning and execution phases. Daily tasks will also include managing communication with clients, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with our team to develop innovative sales strategies. Qualifications Experience in sales and customer relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and execute sales strategies Organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in the travel or event management industry is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team
