Position Overview: We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer who is not only passionate about design but also comfortable speaking with clients. This role blends creative support with client engagement — including making initial calls, following up with leads, and helping convert inquiries into design projects. Responsibilities: Assist senior designers with design concepts, layouts, and material selections Prepare mood boards, presentations, and CAD drawings Make follow-up calls to prospective clients and leads Communicate design ideas clearly over the phone or in video calls Help convert potential leads into active design projects Maintain accurate client communication logs and updates Coordinate with vendors for product sourcing and samples Support the design team in project documentation and coordination. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outgoing personality with confidence in speaking to clients and leads Strong design sensibility and attention to detail Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks Previous customer-facing experience is a plus (e.g., sales, retail, or hospitality) A portfolio showcasing your design skills is required What We’re Looking For: A design enthusiast who’s not afraid to pick up the phone Someone with a warm, professional approach to client communication A team player eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced design environment
