Key Responsibilities of Membership head Membership Processing: New membership entries, issuing tax invoices, cards, kits, and certificates. Data Management: ERP entry, extraction, MIS reporting, updating records via Membership Data Update Form. Provide data for Know your Members section of journal Renewals & Communication: Sending renewal notices, follow-ups with members, Chapters & Regions. Conducting membership committee meetings Discount Schemes: Early Bird, Loyalty Coupon, Senior Citizen Discount implementation. Membership Growth: Driving campaigns to bring new members. Driving social media campaigns. Guiding and monitoring the regional employees for membership retention and growth Reporting: Generating monthly/paid/unpaid member lists, election lists, membership strength for IFJ publication. Event/Recognition Support: Membership verification for Awards, Council Members, Office Bearers; generating lists for NFD Mementos. Presentation & Promotion: Preparing charts, PPTs, flyers on membership status and growth. Member Relations: Addressing member issues and queries. Miscellaneous: Any other duties assigned as needed.
