Assistant Finance Officer

· Financial Reporting

· Managing Financial Accounts of all regions and Branches.

· Finalisation of annual accounts and balance sheet

· Handling Income Tax and TDS Matters

· Branch Account reconciliation

· Consolidated Budget preparation

· Monitoring GST payments

· Ensuring timely preparation of invoice

· Ensuring timely payment of vendors, regions and branches after checking fund availability

· Maintaining fixed asset register

· Ensuring Internal audit and rectification on time bound manner

· Ensuring all statutory payment on time

· Prudent investment of funds

· Any other activity that may be assigned time to time

· Financial decision making in consonance with Financial Guidelines and by laws under the guidance of Honorary Treasurer and FINCOM

Candidate profile: Minimum B Com with minimum 5 years’ experience of working experience in a company or association.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
