Role & responsibilities *Poor patients identification to support from the Trust *Execute the Trust activities like collecting donation, contacting and corresponding with donor organizations *Initiate and maintain CSR contacts with organizations and sustain. Organize awareness programme and health camps, etc. * Maintain records of all the activities of the trust both physical records and computerised data maintenance Preferred candidate profile *Should be MSW/MBA with profound skills in patient counselling/post diagnosis patient care *Should be able to understand poor/economically weaker patients and assess needy & deserving patients to extend support from the Trust *Should be a go getter to arrange & execute patient health camps in potential areas *Should be responsible for regular reporting activities & other Trust activities
