Job Title: Real Estate Executive / Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant Location: GURGAON Industry: Real Estate Reports To: Sales Head / Director / Founder Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Real Estate Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, handling inquiries, conducting property visits, and closing rental/sale transactions. Strong knowledge of local property markets and excellent customer service skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Management • Handle inquiries from prospective buyers, tenants, and investors. • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable properties. • Follow up with leads regularly and maintain client database (CRM). 2. Property Management • Source new listings from landlords, developers, and builders. • Maintain a current inventory of available properties for sale or rent. • Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients. • Gather and verify property documents (ownership, title, OC, etc.). 3. Sales and Negotiation • Present properties to potential clients in a professional manner. • Negotiate rental/sale terms between buyer/seller or tenant/landlord. • Assist in preparing offers, LOIs (Letter of Intent), and agreements. 4. Market Research • Stay updated with market trends, new projects, pricing, and competitor activity. • Generate market analysis and comparative pricing reports for clients. 5. Transaction Support • Coordinate with legal advisors, registration offices, banks (for loan support), and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. • Oversee paperwork, lease/rent/sale agreement drafting, and registration processes. 6. Marketing & Promotion • Promote property listings through online portals, social media, signage, and networking. • Work with marketing teams to generate leads through campaigns and events. Key Skills & Requirements: • Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred 1-5 years). • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Good knowledge of local real estate market and regulations. • Self-motivated and target-driven. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software. • Language: [Insert applicable languages].
