We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (On-Site, Mumbai – Lower Parel) The Hamper Exchange is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to build, manage, and scale our digital presence across platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai (Lower Parel). Scope of work: Develop and execute our end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and more. Create engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns, catalogues, packaging creatives) using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Manage the brand voice and storytelling , ensuring a consistent identity across all platforms. Coordinate with performance marketing agencies, website teams, and other partners for seamless content flow. Build and maintain a content calendar and execute campaigns aligned with brand goals. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, and vendors for shoots and creative assets. Support in PR initiatives and build networks that enhance brand visibility. Stay updated with trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep our brand ahead. What we’re looking for: 4–5 years of experience in social media management (preferably with reputed agencies or brands). Strong communication skills and creative mindset. Hands-on experience with content creation and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite). Ability to handle design basics, catalogues, and packaging creatives . Strong network and connections in the creative industry (shoots, editors, etc.). Experience in coordinating with digital marketing/performance agencies .
