Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive growth in our signage, exhibitions, and event verticals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network of industry contacts, proven sales performance, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in signage, exhibitions, and events segments. Leverage existing industry contacts to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline. Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, architects, exhibition organizers, and corporate clients. Develop customized proposals and pitch presentations aligned with client needs. Collaborate with internal design, production, and project teams to ensure seamless execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of business development experience in signage, exhibition booths, event setups, or branding solutions. Strong industry network in events, exhibitions, real estate, retail, or corporate marketing domains. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of production processes and timelines in signage and event fabrication is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
