I've stayed twice and mostly enjoyed both stays. Most recently there was construction preventing access to some facilities and it was not mentioned at the time of booking. The staff is helpful and the food is good. The breakfast buffet isn't the greatest, but there are options for both local and international tastes.

Rooms require renovations. Swimming pool needs to be supervised in day time as monkeys come in and bath in the pool.
During our stay we did not use the pool because I have seen monkeys bathing in the pool

The hotel is great but my experience ruined a little just because of new construction going on for the hotel and we were not able to enjoy the POOL and garden as lot of construction workers were roming around. Rooms are very good with antique experience.
