Company: The Grand Heritage Resorts Location: Kondhapuri, Pune Experience: 12 Years Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 CTC per month Benefits: Accommodation provided Preference: Male candidates preferred Job Description: The Grand Heritage Resorts is looking for disciplined, well-spoken, and responsible Hospitality / Resort Executives to manage guest interactions, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high service standards across the property. Key Responsibilities: * Guest Handling & Front-End Operations * Oversee front office, housekeeping, and guest services * Attend client meetings, sit for finalisations, walkthroughs, and confirmations * Handle and resolve guest complaints, service issues, and queries efficiently Operational Management: * Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations * Maintain and monitor resort cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and hygiene * Basic understanding of housekeeping materials, cleaning chemicals, and usage * Coordinate and supervise laundry operations * Event Support & Post-Event Responsibilities * Assist during events, ensuring client satisfaction * Conduct post-event venue inspection for damages * Document and manage damage recovery from clients where applicable * Property & Facility Knowledge * Basic knowledge of swimming pool cleaning, filtration, and maintenance * Ensure all areas of the property meet resort standards * Vendor & Internal Coordination * Vendor coordination and timely follow-ups * Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams Requirements: * Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Event Management * 1–2 years of experience in hotel, resort, or event operations * Strong communication, supervision, and guest-handling skills * Ability to stay at the venue when required * Well-groomed, disciplined, and capable of independent decision-making
