There is no availability of wheel chair 💺 for older persons and the person has to climb up stairs which is too difficult for them, no ramp facility . Person who can't climb up the stairs it's difficult for them . I guess that's the basic amenities to have ramp at the entrance and have wheel chair facility. …

The customer service was rubbish, room were not clean , more over the quality of the food was worse, totally different from what they show in menu, plus after check out staff were persuading me to give 5 star to the hotel, however my experience was. Stay away from this hotel, Plzzzzz.
