Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at The Famous Halwai, located in Delhi, India. The Chef will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction through delicious and well-presented meals. The Chef will also be involved in the selection of ingredients and maintaining inventory. Qualifications Proficiency in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking Experience in supervising kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene Knowledge of regional and international cuisines Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to maintain inventory and manage ingredients selection Strong communication and leadership skills Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the catering industry Creativity and innovation in menu design and presentation
