Served frozen and spoil food. Manager was very rude and he didn't listen to our concern about the food. Icecream was nothing like icecream, it was dalda. very poor treatment to their costumers. Will not recommended to anyone.

Good service at a budget price. Location near to Ernakulam North Railway Station. Bus conveyance also easily accessible. Quality of breakfast also above average. Room and bathroom facilities are decent. Rooms are spacious.
