Role & responsibilities - Generate electrical circuit, panel design, system architecture, networking layout and BOM list based on project specification. - To control and update electrical drawings for all projects. - Collaborate with mechanical team to determine cable requirements and routing plan. - Monitor, check and troubleshoot electrical assembly as per design and carry out I/O test with assembly team. - Provide technical support and train assembly team on electrical wiring standards. - Electrical design modularization and standardization. - Ensure electrical design comply to ISO and Singapore electrical standards. - Create internal written knowledge transfer material. - Create electrical manual and part lists for machines designed. - Conduct internal electrical design and circuit design software usage training. - Update design progress to department head. - Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation. - Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline. - Issue purchase request of electrical hardware and monitor spare parts inventory. Preferred candidate profile - Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of electrical design experience in automation system. - Proficient in Electrical design CAD software (E3.series will be added advantage) and Microsoft Office - Proven ability to complete tasks given with minimum supervision. - Capable to perform under tight schedule to meet project timeline.

Role & responsibilities - Lead project to ensure design meet project specifications. - Design machine based on project specifications. - Generate layout drawings, design approval drawings, mechanical assembly drawings, detailed dimensional drawings, pneumatic circuit and BOM lists. - Mechanical design modularization and standardization. - Conduct factory acceptance test. - Conduct internal and end-user operation and maintenance training. - Update design progress to department head. - Create internal written knowledge transfer material. - Create operation and maintenance manual for machines designed. - Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline. - Provide technical support and solutions to sales inquiry. - Generate proposal, costing and tender documents for sales inquiry. - Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation. - Liaise with customers on mechanical design. - Troubleshoot mechanical design issues. - Perform system maintenance and support for system in production. - Train, supervise and assist Mechanical Designer. Preferred candidate profile - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years of robotics automation design experience. - Proficient in using Solidworks 3D & AutoCAD 2D software. - Proven ability to complete tasks given independently. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skill. - Proven records in leading projects in mechanical design.
