Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make cold and warm calls to potential customers from a provided list to introduce products or services. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries, questions, or complaints and provide timely and accurate information. Lead Generation: Follow scripts and guidelines to generate new leads and qualify them based on predefined criteria. Sales: Persuade customers to purchase products or services, and close sales over the phone (if applicable to the role). Data Management: Accurately record all call details, customer information, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow-ups: Schedule and perform follow-up calls with prospects to nurture relationships and move them closer to a purchase. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales. Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
