Job Description:We at The CodeShooters are hiring a dedicated and friendly Customer Support & Calling Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is an on-site role with a 5-day working structure. You will play a key role in managing client queries, handling inbound/outbound calls, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner. Make follow-up calls to potential and existing clients. Maintain daily records of calls and responses. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide basic product/service information to clients. Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English. Confident and polite phone etiquette. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM use). Should be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
