Join our dynamic team as a Membership Sales Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling memberships to potential clients while ensuring the satisfaction and engagement of current gym members. This position requires a charismatic individual with a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Key responsibilities · Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members · Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing and Promotion knowledge for the Gym membership sales. · Responsible for Referral Program, Up selling, and cross selling. · Responsible to enter all details of customers, walks ins, customer enquiry etc in the Software. · Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the gym. · Actively build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals. · Reaching and surpassing monthly sales projections Skills Required • At least 6 months of experience as Sales Executive • Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, motivational and friendly • Positive and professional attitude • Excellent communication skills
