Join us in building a vibrant motorsport culture while working in an energetic and customer-focused environment. 📍 Locations: Sector 59, Sector 68, Sector 17/18 Link Road 💼 Position: Front Desk Executive Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive based in multiple F9 Go Karting locations across Gurgaon, India. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, responsible for greeting customers, managing bookings and walk-ins, answering phone calls, and providing detailed information about F9’s services. The role also involves handling payments, maintaining records, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the reception area reflects F9’s lively and professional image. Qualifications Strong phone etiquette and receptionist/front desk skills Experience in customer service and handling bookings/reservations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, POS systems preferred) Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar role is a plus High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office/Front Desk Management or Hospitality are a plus
