About Us We are a creative branding and social media agency in Indore, working with businesses to craft compelling stories, build strong digital identities, and create content that drives engagement. Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The candidate will manage multiple client accounts end-to-end—from planning and strategy to execution and reporting. You’ll ideate campaigns, create engaging content, and feature in reels and videos to bring a relatable touch to our work. Key Responsibilities Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with client goals. Build strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Pitch creative campaigns and ideas to clients. Ideate, script, and execute reels, posts, carousels, and stories. Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and viral formats. Analyze performance reports and recommend optimizations. Skills & Qualities Strong understanding of all major social media platforms. Creative thinker with excellent storytelling skills. Knowledge of trending music and formats on Instagram & Reels. Confident communicator, comfortable with client interactions. Ability to work on-camera for reels and short videos. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation/digital marketing (freshers with creative skills welcome).
