Appointment Management Handle bookings and rescheduling via call, WhatsApp, and booking software. Billing & Payments Generate bills, process payments (cash, card, UPI), and manage check-in/out smoothly.Maintain daily product sales and billing reports using Excel.Prepare end-of-day cash reports and match physical cash with records.Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming.Inform clients about ongoing offers, services, and recommend retail products.Update client history and contact details in Excel or the salon software.Inform staff of appointments and manage client flow to avoid delays.
