Organisation: The Bloom Circle (TBC) is a community-powered platform focused on scouting, nurturing, and enabling the next generation of Indian women leaders across entrepreneurship, corporates, policy, media, and more. Our mission is to intervene at the most critical point - early careers, by giving young women the clarity, confidence, and community to pursue their ambitions. Role: We are launching TBC Campus Chapters at India’s leading colleges and are looking for passionate Campus Leads to bring this vision to life. As a Campus Lead, you will be the face of TBC on your campus, shaping and leading a micro-community where students can connect, learn, and take action to map their career growth and develop their leadership. Responsibilities: Build and lead a TBC Chapter at your college or university Plan activities under TBC's mission to reduce the gender gap in the current leadership landscape Organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities Act as a bridge between your campus and the broader TBC community Facilitate meetings, lead an executive board, and host events in your community Eligibility / Requirements: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at a college or university in India Demonstrated leadership in student clubs, initiatives, or projects Passion for women empowerment, community-building, and impact Strong communication, organization, and networking skills Incentives / Benefits: Access to female leaders across top corporates and industries Mentorship and guidance from professionals across sectors Access to TBC workshops, sessions, career opportunities, and job postings.
