Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to oversee the financial operations of The BigDeal Store . This role involves managing full-cycle accounting, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining day-to-day account finalizing, and preparing management reports. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Tally Prime with a strong background in account finalization and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end accounting functions including vouchers, invoices, reconciliations, and ledgers. Handle daily banking operations and reconciliations. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, MIS, and cash flow reports. Support audits, finalize accounts, and maintain records of fixed assets. Monitor company budgets, expenses, and petty cash. Generate management reports and provide insights to support decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (freshers not eligible). Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws. Experience in preparing MIS reports and handling audits. Excellent organizational, analytical, and financial management skills. High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
