Our unique dining concept allows guests to enjoy an interactive and personalized culinary experience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef based in Gurugram. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards. The role also requires inventory management, collaborating with front-of-house staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Qualifications Excellent culinary skills and experience in fine dining Proven track record in menu creation and kitchen management Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to manage inventory and control costs Strong communication and collaborative skills Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
