Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the school, ensuring high standards of education, discipline, and holistic development of students. Key Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership aligned with CBSE guidelines and educational best practices. Supervise academic planning, curriculum implementation, and staff performance. Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms and regulatory requirements. Foster a positive learning environment and promote co-curricular and extracurricular excellence. Oversee admissions, student welfare, parent communication, and school operations. Guide faculty development through training and performance evaluations. Maintain strong discipline, values, and culture within the school community. Collaborate with management for strategic planning, budgeting, and infrastructure development. Qualifications: Master’s Degree with B.Ed. or M.Ed. Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 3–5 years in a leadership role in a CBSE school. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of CBSE policies, digital tools, and academic innovations.
