Role & responsibilities 1. Preparation and filing of statutory forms / returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Maintenance of statutory registers and minute books in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.2. Prepare computation of income for various entities and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and coordinating with Statutory Auditors and Tax Auditors3. Handle queries from team members regarding income tax matters and provide timely resolutions and guidance.4. Prepare replies to notices received from the tax department and coordinate responses effectively.5. Preparation of details required for completion of tax audit /Statutory Audit. 6.Timely filing of GST monthly returns, annual returns, and annual audits.7.Follow up with the Tax department for ongoing assessment & appeals. Preferred candidate profile Qualification & Experience - For CA / CMA/ CS Qualified ( Minimum 3 years Experience). Inter Qualified - 5 Yrs Experience. (Age not more than 50 yrs)
