We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for managing the complete admission process, from handling parent inquiries to converting leads into admissions. The role requires strong communication, convincing ability, and a customer-centric approach to ensure excellent parent experience and achievement of admission targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Conversion Handle incoming admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms. Maintain and update CRM/lead management systems regularly. Proactively follow up with leads and nurture them through the admission funnel. Achieve monthly and annual admission targets. Parent Counselling & Engagement Conduct counselling sessions with prospective parents, explaining the schools value proposition, curriculum, facilities, and USPs. Address queries, concerns, and objections of parents effectively. Build a strong rapport and provide a personalized experience to every parent. Admission Process & Coordination Assist parents with application forms, documentation, and admission formalities. Coordinate with the academic, administration, and finance teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Organize school tours for prospective parents and students. Marketing & Outreach Support Support in school events, open houses, and parent orientation programs. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead-generation campaigns. Represent the school in external events, exhibitions, and fairs when required. Reporting & Analysis Maintain records of enquiries, conversions, and admission status reports. Track performance against targets and provide weekly/monthly updates to management. Share parent feedback and market insights with the leadership team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred). 25 years of experience in sales, counselling, or admissions (education sector preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language. Result-oriented with proven ability to meet targets. Pleasant personality with good presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management systems. KPIs / Performance Metrics Achievement of monthly/annual admission targets . Lead-to-admission conversion rate . Quality of parent counselling sessions (measured via feedback/surveys). Timeliness and accuracy of CRM/lead data management. Contribution to school events and marketing initiatives.
