Location: Kandivali East We are looking for a people-person who can guide students and parents through their educational journey with clarity and care. At Thakur Educational Group, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand our programs and make informed decisions. If you can turn queries into conversations and conversations into enrolments, this role is yours. Responsibilities: Conduct daily counselling sessions with prospective students and parents, understanding their aspirations and guiding them appropriately. Make daily follow-up calls to leads, ensuring a seamless admission experience. Provide accurate information about courses, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures. Maintain and update the admission database regularly to track leads and conversions. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to support outreach and enrolment campaigns. Resolve queries efficiently and build strong relationships with students and parents. Ensure a smooth handover of enrolled students to the academic team. Criteria: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in Education, Psychology, or Marketing is a plus. 34 years of experience in admissions counselling, student engagement, or related roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a student-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet targets, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Empathetic, persuasive, and professional in handling prospective students and parents. Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
